Refund policy

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and get a full refund, including shipping. Just email info@pdinfinity.com with your order number.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to cancel, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. Return postage is paid by you. We'll refund the item price and the original shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the items back.

Faulty, damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, doesn't work, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch (UK) or 30 working days (international), email us. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
